Time of Pickup:
When you order your mat, we get them ready for pickup the night before. So whether you come at 4am or 9am, your mat will be outside ready for you to grab it. If you have any special requests, you can email us or give us a call at 289.385.3986.
After Hours Returns:
Your boulder pad returns aren't limited to our business hours. If you climb from noon until 11pm (or any other time in the same 24-hour period) drop your boulder pad off after you're done. We wont charge you for a second day. Especially useful for fun after dark!
Clean Pads:
Part of practising safe sends means that our mats are cleaned, disinfected and ready for another romp in the glen. After all, nobody wants anyone else's sloppy seconds.
