Refund & Return Policy (Safe Sends)

We offer refunds and cancellations depending on the timing of your booking and the type of product.


Rental Equipment

Cancellations (Before Pickup / Before Rental Start)
You may cancel a rental and receive a full refund if you contact us before your rental has been picked up or has started.

If you need to change or cancel your booking before pickup, please contact us at support@safesends.ca or 289-969-1338, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible.


After Pickup / After Rental Has Started
Once rental equipment has been picked up or the rental period has begun, all rental charges are final and non-refundable, including for weather conditions or change of plans.


Equipment Issues
If your rental equipment is defective or not functioning as expected, please contact us immediately at support@safesends.ca or 289-969-1338, and we will work to resolve the issue.


Retail Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible retail items.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging (if applicable) must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if anything is incorrect or damaged so we can make it right.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
