Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and rental services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or you have given consent for any minors under your care to use the site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or rental equipment for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to transmit any viruses, malicious code, or anything destructive in nature.

A breach of any of these Terms will result in termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your information (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS & RENTAL SERVICES

Safe Sends provides crash pad rental services for climbing use.

Rental equipment is subject to availability and must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel bookings, or refuse service at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or availability are error-free.

SECTION 6 - BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking.

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings and payments.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of your rental.

SECTION 7 - PICKUP & DROP-OFF RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for picking up and returning rental equipment at the agreed location and time unless otherwise arranged.

Late returns may result in additional fees.

Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges and/or legal recovery action.

SECTION 8 - SECURITY DEPOSITS

A security deposit may be required for rentals.

Deposits are held to cover:

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft of equipment
• Late returns or failure to return equipment

Deposits will be refunded after inspection of returned equipment, minus any applicable deductions.

We determine damage assessments at our reasonable discretion.

SECTION 9 - DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

The renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.

You agree to pay for:

• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen equipment
• Improper use or negligence

Replacement or repair costs will be charged at fair market value.

SECTION 10 - USE OF EQUIPMENT & RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Crash pad use involves inherent risk.

By renting equipment, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with climbing, bouldering, and outdoor use.

Safe Sends is not responsible for any injury, accident, or death resulting from use of rental equipment.

SECTION 11 - LIABILITY WAIVER

By renting from Safe Sends, you agree that Safe Sends, its owners, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of rental equipment.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.

SECTION 12 - CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made prior to the rental start date.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on timing and booking conditions.

Once a rental period begins, refunds are not guaranteed.

SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability.

Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 14 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through our site.

We are not liable for any damages related to third-party transactions.

SECTION 15 - USER CONTENT

If you submit feedback, reviews, or content, you agree we may use it without restriction.

You are responsible for your content and must not violate any laws or rights of others.
