Safe Sends is a crash pad and climbing gear rental service based out of St. Catharines, Ontario. We make it easy to access quality bouldering gear for sessions at Niagara Glen and nearby climbing areas.

Currently, all rentals are pickup only
Gear is available for pickup anytime during your selected rental day. In most cases, gear is placed in the lockbox the night before your booking so it’s ready for a quick grab-and-go.
Pickup is from a convenient lockbox located just off the highway in St. Catharines for easy access.
All gear must be returned the same day as your rental.
Keeping gear overnight without approval may result in additional charges and can impact the next climber’s booking.
If you need an extension, please contact us first to check availability. Extensions are only possible if the gear is not already booked.
Our system is built around high-demand climbing days. Late returns can directly affect someone else’s ability to climb the next day.
Yes. A deposit is required for each rental and is refunded after gear is returned and inspected.
Deposits are typically refunded within 3–5 business days after return and inspection.
Yes — multi-day rentals are discounted compared to single-day rates.
Yes — renters should have basic bouldering experience and hold a valid climbing permit for Niagara Glen or the relevant climbing area.
Yes. All crash pads and equipment are inspected and maintained regularly to ensure safe use.
